Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating the board of sirectors of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. in connection with the sale of the company to Broadcom Ltd.

Under the terms of the transaction, Brocade shareholders will receive $12.75 per share.

The investigation concerns whether the board of Brocade breached their fiduciary duties to stockholders by failing to adequately shop the company before agreeing to enter into this transaction, and whether Broadcom is underpaying for Brocade shares.
