IT Cloud Solutions in Partnership With Microsoft for Office 365 and Exchange Online

In addition to the BC solutions (online backup) already offered, including SBackup and MedicBackup, IT cloud channel partners (more than 500 partners across the country) can register their corporate clients to Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online plans through IT Cloud Solutions.

We now offer a one-stop service for BC and business productivity solutions, all that in a Canadian cloud,” explains David Latulippe, VP business development.
The Canadian clients can work anywhere, anytime, on any device with Office 365 and gain the benefits of Microsoft’s enterprise-grade reliability and performance combined with in-country data residency. This includes data replication in multiple locations within Canada for BC.
The Microsoft Cloud in Canada features the same levels of security, privacy and control, compliance, and transparency that define the Microsoft trusted cloud, in compliance with a broad portfolio of certifications. Office 365 and Exchange Online have received ISO 27001 certification and are audited under the SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 SOC 1 and SOC 2 standards. OneDrive for Business (included in all Office 365 plans) also meets industry-specific compliance standards like HIPAA, and more.
In addition, Microsoft was the first cloud service provider to adopt the uniform international code of practice for cloud privacy and data protection, ISO/IEC 27018, which provides guidelines for protection of personally identifiable information.
