Nutanix, Inc. bolstered its EMEA team with three appointments.

Chris Kaddaras joins as VP and head of EMEA, Patrick Cowden takes up the role of VP for Central Europe/DACH region and emerging markets, while Mark Lewis has been appointed senior director of EMEA marketing.

Their roles are effective immediately.

The new arrivals will sharpen Nutanix's focus on EMEA growth as the business looks to capitalise on the soaring opportunity of cloud with its Enterprise Cloud Platform. By 2020, a corporate 'no-cloud' policy will be as rare as a 'no-internet' policy is today, according to Gartner.

With a 24-year track record in IT and developing strategies to help business articulate its proposition to customers and partners, his insight on leadership, operational efficiency, performance and communications is regularly shared with peers and customers through industry events.

nutanix,cowdenReporting to him, Patrick D. Cowden will draw upon his experience from senior management responsibilities at Hitachi, Dell and EMC. A German-American, he is a known author and presenter in both English and German languages.
