Creative Computer Solutions Transitions Clients To Continuum Continuity247 BDR Platform
MSP partner in Vancouver, WA
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on October 14, 2016 at 2:15 pmContinuum Managed Services LLC, channel-exclusive IT management platform company, announced to have MSP partner, Vancouver, WA-based Creative Computer Solutions Inc. (CCSI) transition its clients to Continuity247, Continuum’s fully-managed backup and DR (BDR) platform.
CCSI is utilizing the support of Continuum’s Network Operations Center (NOC), data protection and backup capabilities that the platform offers. CCSI used Vault, the predecessor to Continuity247 and platform that marked Continuum’s entry into the DR market, for several years.
“We installed Continuity247 on an in-house server and ran it for a few months to see how everything worked,” said Gary Dunsworth, engineering services manager, CCSI. “We spun up VMs, captured snapshots, tested restores and more, and everything worked great. Continuity247 is more responsive than Vault, and the ease of installation and documentation behind Continuity247 are fantastic-the best I’ve seen in a BDR platform.”
When Continuum announced the launch of Continuity247, Dunsworth and the team at CCSI saw an opportunity to compare it to both Vault and other offerings in the market to find the solution which would best meet the needs of their clients. After determining that no other solution could meet all of CCSI’s needs and help the company establish a path for continued success in BC, Dunsworth turned to Continuity247, testing the platform internally.
Continuity247 enables MSPs to deliver scalable BC services to their customers by combining a feature set with hands-on support from more than 700 NOC technicians. In addition to absorbing day-to-day management, troubleshooting and verification of client backups, NOC provides DR support, testing and other services to increase operational efficiency and free Continuum’s MSP partners to focus on business development and customer relationships.
Data backed up using Continuity247 employs AES-256 bit encryption-both at rest and in transit-and automatically replicates data across multiple U.S.-based data centers to ensure reliability and availability. It offers a range of packages and deployment options to enable MSPs to meet the needs of customers while maximizing margins.
CCSI was founded in 1998 with a mission of bringing enterprise-grade technologies and services to small businesses.
