Scale Computing and Information Builders Partnering on Business Intelligence and Analytics Appliance

Scale Computing, Inc. announced a business intelligence and analytics appliance, the Scale Analytics Appliance, at the Midsize Enterprise Summit (MES) West.

The appliance enables companies to get reporting and analytics without requiring significant IT support. It combines Information Builders, Inc.‘s WebFOCUS Business User Edition software and company’s HC3 virtualisation platform to address a broad range of business intelligence and analytic needs – from data preparation and integration to self-service reporting and data discovery.

It delivers reports, charts, and visualisations and is oriented to less-technical users. Scale Analytics empowers users with an app-like environment that will enable midsize organisations to leverage information from any source for decision-making at a fraction of the time and cost.
