Lenovo Enterprise Solutions, (Singapore) PTE. Ltd., Serangoon Garden, Singapore, has been assigned a patent (9,372,626) developed by Ponamgi, Madhav, Furlong, PA, for a “parallel storage system testing wherein I/O test pattern identifies one or more set of jobs to be executed concurrently.”

The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: ”Parallel storage system testing is provided. An input/output, (I/O) pattern is received. One or more sets of jobs are determined, based, at least in part, on the I/O pattern. Each of the one or more sets of jobs identifies one or more jobs. Each job identifies one or more I/O operations. Each set of jobs of the one or more sets of jobs is assigned to a processing node of one or more processing nodes. The one or more sets of jobs are executed concurrently.“

Lenovo Enterprise Solutions, (Singapore) PTE. LTD., Serangoon Garden, Singapore, has been assigned a patent (9,373,375) developed by Davis, Mark Charles, Durham, NC, for a “non-volatile memory validity.”

The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: ”An embodiment provides a method, including: reading validity timing information written to a non-volatile memory device, and determining validity of the non-volatile memory device using the validity timing information read from the non-volatile memory device. Other aspects are described and claimed.“
