The Quick Service App quickly scans a users’ firm’s system and sends system logs directly to company’s support team, who then handle the RMA and the service request right away to eliminate the ticket issuing time and ensure that system problems are fixed more efficiently.
With the app, customers can:

Automatically collect system logs and configuration information on firm’s system to speed up the RMA process

Provide quck technical reports and issue tickets via its easy one-click feedback process

The systems can be monitored and accessed for the health checks from anywhere

Help users and firm’s support team solve storage issues faster
