Tegile Launching IntelliCare Lifetime Storage Offering

Tegile Systems, Inc., provider of flash-driven storage arrays for databases, virtualized server and virtual desktop environments, is launching Lifetime Storage, the component of Tegile IntelliCare and an industry support offering that delivers a storage system to customers every three to five years.

With the introduction of its expanded IntelliCare program, the firm is ensuring that both new and existing customers realize the performance gains and expanded capabilities of storage systems and fresh storage media while avoiding excessive capital expenditures or large raises in maintenance costs.

IntelliCare is a customer care program designed to maximize the uptime and efficiency of customers’ storage arrays and save them time on storage administration. Driven by cloud-based analytics and backed by a team of storage experts, it enables storage administrators to monitor the health, performance and usage of all their Tegile storage arrays, predict future requirements, and detect problems before they develop into component and system failures.

Tegile is expanding the advantages of IntelliCare to create a simpler and more affordable approach to storage array ownership. With the addition of Lifetime Storage, the company offers customers a storage system, including the controller and media, every three or five years, with a flat maintenance contract.
