Starline Introduces ARC-1216/-1226 Areca 12Gb SAS/SATA RAID Controllers

Starline Computer GmbH introduces 12Gb/ps Areca Technology Corporation ‘ SAS/SATA RAID controllers.

The ARC-1216/-1226 RAID controllers provide up to two internal or external 12Gb miniSAS HD ports for up to eight SAS/SATA HDDs or SSDs.

The ARC 1226-8x RAID controller is perfect in combination with the ARC-4038ML. The external Areca enclosure provides up to 8x12Gb SAS, 6Gb SATA HDDs or SSDs. In conjunction with the Areca RAID controllers, it provides high data transfer rates and reliability.

The ARC-1226-8x RAID controller supports the current 10TB HDDs. The rackmount enclosure NA341B from Netstor Technology Co. Ltd. offers eight HDD bays, so you can reach a total capacity up to 80TB.
