Eti-Net Completes Acquisition of Crossroads Virtual Tape System and Sphinx Products

ETI-NET, provider of backup systems for industries that never stop, completed the acquisition of Virtual Tape System (VTS) and Sphinx products for backup, data protection and DR.

The acquisition includes VTS and Sphinx software, IP, R&D, customer contracts and support agreements.

The acquisition was made by a wholly-owned subsidiary of ETI-NET and broadens the depth of solutions ETI-NET is able to offer large enterprises as they migrate from physical to virtual tape technology.
