  • Oriium Consulting Ltd: this service provider based in Yorkshire, UK offers a range of services to partners including DR, BC and infrastructure as a service. The company is expanding its range of cloud-based edge services through working with Druva.

Data protection requirements are evolving as companies make more use of cloud computing and employees seek to work where it suits them to be, rather than solely in the office. This means that traditional data protection tools are no longer fit for purpose,” commented Rick Powles, VP EMEA, Druva. “Providing a comprehensive data availability and governance solution for customers can help MSPs fill the gaps that are developing in their customers’ data protection strategies. As more companies evolve their IT strategies to make use of cloud and mobile, Druva can provide partners with the right tools to help customers ensure their data is protected and remains compliant, wherever and whenever it is created.

Gary Dusales director and founder, LAN2LAN, commented: “We are seeing great interest from our clients in using LAN2LAN Assist Druva MSP services to manage their daily data protection priorities. However, we are also extremely pleased to see how Druva is listening to our feedback around how to develop new capabilities as well. This ability to collaborate with Druva supports us in scaling up our business based on providing converged data protection solutions to our customers.

Dennis Kuipers, CEO, AnylinQ said: “AnylinQ is pleased to enter into partnership with Druva as we can now offer the industry’s top-rated data availability and governance solutions for the mobile and distributed enterprise markets in the Benelux region. AnylinQ can now provide transparent collection of enterprise data across end-user devices and cloud services, including Office 365. This enables us to deliver backup and recovery, archiving, data leak prevention, as well as data governance capabilities for our customers wherever their employees are based around the world.

The market for cloud solutions around backup, data governance and compliance is growing rapidly in South Africa, but many of our competitors are only focused on the data centre. In working with Druva, we are the first company in South Africa that has expanded our cloud services to extend to our customers’ endpoint data protection requirements. This partnership with Druva will enable us to deliver best of breed endpoint data protection solutions to our customers,” said Iniel Dreyer, MD, Gabsten.

Chris Kiaie, MD, ORIIUM commented: “Our alliance with Druva will enable us to deliver our go-to MSP platform, Cloud Dynamix – CX:inSync, to our large network of UK channel partners. This will provide our partners with scalable endpoint data governance solutions for their customers, while giving ORIIUM an exciting growth opportunity which delivers genuine value.

Druva has expanded its MSP channel programme in EMEA in response to market demand and to complement its traditional channel initiatives across Europe. Druva has also launched a dedicated partner portal for MSPs alongside a management platform for running converged data protection services for customers based on the public cloud. Working with MSPs, Druva can offer backup and governance services using Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure public cloud instances around the world, ensuring that customers can get the benefits of data protection faster and more affordably than using traditional solutions or other MSP service offerings.
