Syncplicity: MS-Outlook Add-in for Office 365

Syncplicity LLC announced a universal Microsoft Corp.’s Outlook add-in for Microsoft Office 365, empowering users to share files from Outlook regardless of platform or device.

This Outlook add-in fits into enterprise user workflows and combines the value of firm’s file sharing – real-time back-up, enterprise security and no file size restrictions – with a reduction in the IT infrastructure and administrative costs associated with email attachments.

The Outlook add-in only needs to be installed once, and then it is available across supported devices on any platform or operating system that runs Office 365. With a click or a tap, users turn even the largest attachments into links with enhanced security by company’s hybrid enterprise cloud, saving time and increasing both productivity and security. IT departments control data leakage by configuring firm’s policies such as link expiration, password protection and file-level rights management, for different user groups depending on content security and collaboration requirements.

This add-in gives users more secure access to files while composing emails on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, whether in a desktop application or on a mobile device.
