Law Office of Brodsky & Smith Investigating Nimble Storage

Law Office of Brodsky & Smith, LLC announces an investigation of Nimble Storage, Inc. for potential violations of federal securities laws and breaches of the Nimble Board’s fiduciary duties.

The investigation concerns a securities class action lawsuit commenced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The complaint alleges that the Defendants made false and misleading statements including failing to disclose that Nimble was being negatively impacted by intense competition from large competitors who were slashing prices. Further, that Nimble made a decision to focus its sales and marketing efforts toward the large enterprises market and to reduce sales efforts in the U.S. Commercial Markets. As a result, Nimble was losing sales in both sales channels. Further, the Complaint alleges, that following the company’s  November 19, 2015 announcement attributing disappointing financial results, the value of Nimble shares declined.
