Credit Agricole analyst Mark Heller cut his rating of Milpitas-based SanDisk, saying Chinese investment company Unisplendor may abandon plans to make a large investment in Western that was announced last September. That would threaten the acquisition of SanDisk that Western Digital announced in October, he said.
