DigiEver: 16-Bay NVR DS-16500-RM and DS-16400-RM Pro+ Series

DigiEver Corporation announced 16-bay NVR series, DS-16500-RM Pro+ series and DS-16400-RM Pro+ series.

144TB storage capacity with Digiarray
DS-16500-RM Pro+ series and DS-16400-RM Pro+ series are 3U 16-bay rack-mount type Linux-embedded standalone NVRs with the maximum of 96TB storage capacity, designed for long-term video storage requirements. The 16-bay NVR series can be expanded up to 144TB by connecting two Digiarray (up to 24TB per Digiarray), a storage expansion box designed for firm’s NVR, for large-scale surveillance needs.

Real-time display and recording with up to 650Mb/s network throughput
Powered by Quad Core CPU, these NVR series features outstanding display and recording performance with up to 650Mb/ps network throughput ability. Users can connect 64 units of IP cameras and experience 64-channel real-time local display, 64-channel real-time remote web monitoring and 4K UHD megapixel recording performance.

4K UHD hardware decode and dual display ability
Equipped with exclusive 4K UHD hardware decode technology, these 16-bay series supports up to 4K UHD IP cameras and performs excellent IP video surveillance ability on local display to reflect real-world condition captured from wider coverage of 4K UHD IP cameras.
On local monitoring, users can make use of NVR’s dual/mirror display feature via HDMI and VGA video connectors to monitor high resolution videos on two monitors in difference places without installing extra PC. For example, in bank, one monitor can be installed at the counter to decrease the risk of robberies and the other monitor can be located at manager room to ensure employees (bank clerk) follow usual procedures.

 Powerful event and action management
These 16-bay series features up to 18 event types and 17 action types allowing users to reduce labor cost and minimize event damage. Take the warehouse as example. Anyone who enters the warehouse at nighttime, company’s NVR will instantly trigger alarm, notify the security company and send video clip/snapshot via e-mails to headquarter with no the need of human monitoring. Besides, users can also configure NVR’s built-in digital inputs and outputs to scare and capture the robber so as to minimize inventory loss.
