Crossroads Systems, Inc. announced that on January 15, 2016 it received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market that the company complies with Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires companies listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market to maintain stockholders’ equity of at least $2.5 million, and that the matter was now closed.
