Jason Clark CEO, Proact
Replacing Martin Ödman
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on January 8, 2016 at 2:14 pmAfter three intensive years as CEO of Proact IT Group AB, during which the company has had strong growth and profit development, Martin Ödman has chosen to hand over to Jason Clark.
Together with the board, he takes over the responsibility for further development of the company. Martin is a valued employee at Proact who for many years faithfully and successfully worked for the company in various positions, most recently as CEO. The board would like to thank Martin for his contribution.
Jason Clark takes on his new position as CEO of Proact from the 8th January 2016. He has been responsible for Proact UK since the acquisition four years ago, before that he has ten years in the business. He has extensive experience in the IT industry and in recent years organically built a profitable and efficient data centre/cloud-operation with related services alongside the traditional sales of IT systems.
The market is constantly changing and Proact’s strategy is to offer customers secure and cost-effective IT operations using the latest technologies. This is done through the traditional system sales and through IT operation as a service. The services part of Proact’s portfolio increases at the same time as the classical IT systems remain an important cornerstone of our customer offering.
To execute a company’s transformation from product to services sales or a combination thereof, is a challenge. With this as a background, the board has decided to recruit Clark as the new CEO. The board is convinced that, with his expertise, experience and dedication has good potential, together with Proact’s talented employees to offer customers the best IT solutions and at the same time satisfy the owners’ requirements for profitability.
