Kahn Swick & Foti Investigates Proposed Sale of SanDisk

Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of SanDisk will receive only $86.50 in cash and Western Digital stock, using a five-day volume weighted average price ending on October 20, 2015 of $79.60 per share of Western Digital common stock, for each share of SanDisk that they own.
KSF is seeking to determine whether this consideration and the process that led to it are adequate, or whether the consideration undervalues the company.
