Synerway Signs With Marathon Professional Services

Synerway SAS, in backup and DR appliances, appointed Marathon Professional Services Ltd (PS), based in Surrey, UK to provide customers local support and help-desk.

Marathon PS MD, Paul Hepburn explains the role Marathon PS will play: “Synerway has its R&D and professional services operations based in Paris but it was important for them to have local country support. Our role will be to ensure first-level support with our dedicated teams and also perform installations and skill sharing for new and existing customers.

“We work exclusively with the channel and have significant experience managing complex projects – including data protection and DR solutions. Our service desk is ITIL aligned with engineers skilled in troubleshooting techniques which aim to restore systems to operational capacity as quickly as possible and managing problems to identify the root cause of failures.

“Marathon PS offers much more than on-the-ground support. We can also provide Synerway with crucial initial technical pre-sales and a project management function.“
