UK Beta Distribution to Offer FalconStor FreeStor Software in EMEA

FalconStor Software Inc. announced its FreeStor platform is available in the EMEA region through London-based Beta Distribution plc, one of the UK’s largest independently owned IT product distributors.

Beta, established more than 30 years ago, maintains relationships with technology vendors and works with more than 2,500 resellers in the UK alone. A growing company, its technology solutions division built its sales revenues from zero to £60 million in a few short years and continues to be the fastest growing division within the group. After beginning with consumer storage products, in November of last year, Beta added a focus on enterprise technology solutions, offering disruptive or storage, server, networking, and software products, along with services and support.

By distributing only a small handful of vendors and products in each category – FalconStor one of them – Beta is able to offer IT products at competitive pricing. As the first to resell FreeStor in the UK, Beta will take a lead role in the country and more broadly throughout EMEA, particularly in the – Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg where the demand is strong.
