Recall Acquires Arche Company

Recall Holdings Limited, in document storage, digital information solutions, data protection and secure destruction services, announced the acquisition of ARCHE Company, a secure records management provider with a solid reputation, based in Paris.

Focused on the SME market, ARCHE has served customers from a range of industries with a specific focus on insurance, finance, retail and luxury service industries for 18 years across the Paris area and the southeast of France.

“Acquiring ARCHE complements our focus on the SME market and creates new growth opportunities for Recall in the retail and luxury services industries,” said Arnaud Revert, GM, Recall France.

Integration with ARCHE has started, including plans to bring Recall’s advanced information management technology and services to ARCHE customers.
