Kevin Rowett VP Hardware Engineering, DSSD

According do Linkedin, Kevin Rowett has joined DSSD, the EMC subsidiaty, less than one month ago as VP hardware engineering.

He was known as being for more than three years as SVP engineering and advisor from January 2010 to October 2013 at Violin Memory. Between that he worked at Graphite Systems and then consultant at Iron Heart Consulting.

Note also that he had the position of engineering project lead, promoted to engineering manager, during 6 years at Cisco Systems and that he was previously during 9 years at IBM.
