Ctera Sales in 1H15 Surpass 2014 Revenue

With multiple strategic wins at enterprise customers, CTERA’s Enterprise File Services Platform is experiencing worldwide reception as the company’s performance continues to outpace the industry benchmark.
Increased deployments of both public and virtual private clouds, user demands for flexibility and IT requirements for security and governance are driving the adoption of enterprise IT-as-a-service platforms. From January 2015 to date, CTERA has experienced sales growth, product innovation and the strategic expansion of its management team. In addition, the company and its Enterprise File Services Platform have been recognized by industry experts.
CTERA’s enterprise business grew at a higher pace, fueled by customer wins at companies such as Céline (a LVMH company), Delaware North Companies, Learfield Communications, Live Nation Entertainment, and the Texas Department of State Health Services.
CTERA is becoming the platform of choice for many enterprise-wide financial
services companies, including the following recent wins:
- A 60,000 license enterprise file sync and share project at a Fortune 100 financial services provider;
- A 4,500 cloud storage gateway deployment at a Fortune Global 500 retail bank; and
- A selection by a Fortune Global 100 financial services company to protect thousands of cloud servers as part of a global CloudOps initiative.
In May, CTERA launched version 5.0 of its Enterprise File Services Platform with more than 100 new features to deliver a file services platform for enterprise IT. The platform boasts an user interface and file management framework, productivity tools, an Outlook plug-in and additional capabilities for online viewing and editing.
