StorageCraft Professional Services Program

StorageCraft Technology Corp. announced a new offering that gives MSP and VAR partners the ability to enhance backup and DR solutions and strategies for their clients.

Through StorageCraft Professional Services, MSP and VAR partners can augment their efforts with a choice of full or on-demand consultation, design and/or implementation of backup and DR services.

StorageCraft is a backup and DR solution provider of fast, reliable products, such as the StorageCraft ShadowProtect software family. Not only is the StorageCraft Professional Services team comprised of backup and DR experts, its leadership has more than a half-century of working with all aspects of information technology, many of which have been spent working closely with MSPs and VARs.

Partners can receive on-demand help through the StorageCraft QuickAssist program or select the full services program. StorageCraft QuickAssist features StorageCraft experts working remotely with partners on a specific project. The full-service option allows partners to use StorageCraft expertise onsite to design and implement a customized backup and DR infrastructure.
