Paragon Software Group announced Protect & Restore (PPR) unified site license, a licensing model designed to take the time and hassle out of BDR sales for channel partners while also streamlining the purchase and administration process for their SMB customers.

Available exclusively to company’s North American channel partners, the unified site license is anchored by Protect & Restore BDR solution, which offers robust, performance backup and recovery capabilities for physical servers, virtual hosts and workstations; all in a single centrally managed solution.

Selling is simplified for the reseller as pricing is tiered according to the number of employees an end user company has. A single SKU covers all servers, VMs and workstations for backup, recovery and replication – along with de-duplication at no additional cost. The SMB site license can scale to thousands of systems over time and begins with options that are packaged in 4 tiers – 1 to 10 seats, 11 to 25 seats, 26 to 50 seats or 51 to 100 seats starting at $999. One and three-year license options are also available.
