Continuum’s Continuity247 Managed Backup Platform Built on IBM Cloud for MSPs

Continuum Managed Services LLC has released Continuity247, a managed backup platform.

Continuity247 is supported by the company’s industry Network Operations Center (NOC), which proactively monitors, troubleshoots and remediates any problems to ensure backups run 24x7x365 for the SMB clients of its MSP partners. These services minimize MSPs’ time dealing with backup and DR, allowing them to focus on business issues, rather than day-to-day IT.

Continuity247 is built with the company’s R1Soft backup technology, acquired last year, protecting nearly 250,000 servers and trusted by more than 1,800 Web hosting providers in small and large data centers across the globe. Powered by IBM’s Cloud, SoftLayer infrastructure, Continuity247’s flexible and convenient platform also delivers local hardware independence, allowing MSPs to maintain existing vendor relationships.

Continuity247 allows MSPs to manage all clients’ backups from a single pane of glass with remote access to appliances, protected machines and the cloud. MSPs can add Continuum’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform backed by the company’s NOC with additional benefits across all infrastructure they support including alerting, integrated ticketing, remote control, scripting, patch management, antivirus software and reporting.
