Microsoft to Use Altaro Hyper-V Backup
To protect VMs in lab environments

Hyper-V Backup is used by Microsoft to protect a variety of VMs with different roles, for development and testing as well as Sharepoint servers.
After evaluating other Hyper-V backup solutions, Microsoft chose to purchase Hyper-V Backup due to its simple licensing model, affordable pricing and feature set. The solution also offerseffective UI, scheduling and recovery flexibility.
