DriveSavers Joins Dell’s ProSupport Program

For data recovery or e-discovery service

DriveSavers, Inc., in data recovery, eDiscovery and digital forensic solutions, has joined in an enhanced partnership with Dell, Inc.

As a participant of Dell’s Collaborative Support Program (CSP), DriveSavers will help enhance the service Dell customers receive when they are in need of data recovery or eDiscovery services. DriveSavers helped pioneer the data recovery service industry 30 years ago, and has been referred by Dell as a third-party data recovery solution for close to two decades.The company supports all of Dell’s products from workstation to storage server lines including desktop and laptop HDDs as well as SSDs.

The premise of Dell’s CSP is to connect third-party companies that have expertise in hardware and software with Dell’s ProSupport division. As a result, customers receive enhanced service and improved incident resolution. DriveSavers commitment to customer service, 24/7 availability of US-based phone staff and data security protocols make them the complement to Dell’s CSP.
