Seagate Supports VMware Virtual SAN With 12Gb SAS HDD and SSD
VMware Virtual SAN certification for 12GB SAS HDDs and SSD

Seagate 12Gb HDD drives and SSD support Virtual SAN for vSphere, a hypervisor-converged storage platform, delivering the benefits of faster, reliable and shared data for traditional data centers and emerging cloud infrastructures.

With VMware Virtual SAN certification for 12Gb SAS HDDs and SSDs, Seagate drives went through a certification process to ensure that the solution meets Virtual SAN customer requirements. Upon certification, the drives are validated to take advantage of all Virtual SAN benefits including performance and simplified storage.
