Spanning cloud Apps, Inc., a provider of backup and recovery for cloud applications, and Fronde, Inc., an Australasia technology company, announced a partnership that will help to liberate organisations from the risk of data loss.

It meets the growing demand from Australian and New Zealand businesses for additional protection against data loss as they rapidly adopt SaaS applications, like Google Apps and Salesforce.

Fronde’s implementation of Spanning’s automated, daily backup solution will give their customers an extra layer of protection to help mitigate the risk of data loss caused by user error, hackers or system error and improve business efficiency. Fronde sees the cloud-to-cloud backup service as a natural extension of their growing cloud product portfolio and positions them as a specialist in the delivery of data protection and availability services for their customers.
