Another New Name for Powering the Cloud: Cloud Expo Europe

Launched as EuroStorage, then SNW Europe; and most recently Powering the Cloud, there will be next year a new name for the show, Cloud Expo Europe, in Frankfurt, Germany, on November 10-11, 2015.

For the most recent one, last October 28-29, there was “126 exhibitors taking 119 booths” and “above 3,000 attendees“, according to the new organizer CloserStill Media, but these numbers include two events, Powering the Cloud and Data Centre World, next year unified in one show becoming Cloud Expo Europe.

“We have already had 40 companies secure their stands for 2015,” added a spokseman. “We are now in a good position to grow the show as cloud, data centre and storage event for the German and DACH region, plus strengthen the international prominence and reach of the storage element of the event.”

CloserStill Media has alredy an event, also named Cloud Expo Europe, the next edition happening on March 11-12, 2015, in London, UK.
