Future Hosting Upgrades Virtual Private Server Hosting Plans

Future Hosting, LLC, a specialized VPS hosting and dedicated server hosting provider, announced upgrades to its range of Pure SSD virtual private server hosting plans.

All Pure SSD managed VPS hosting plans will benefit from free upgrades to storage, memory, and bandwidth. Existing VPS clients will receive free upgrades in the coming weeks.

The upgrades include the creation of a new $34.95 SSD1 VPS hosting tier, which comprises Future Hosting’s server management plan, 1GB of RAM, 10GB of Pure SSD storage, 2TB of bandwidth, and a choice of control panel that includes cPanel or Plesk running on CentOS 6.

Higher tiers will receive an increase in resources with no increase in price. For example, the old SSD4 VPS plan becomes SSD5, which benefits from a 1GB increase in memory to 6GB, a 25GB increase in SSD storage to 100GB, and a 1TB increase of bandwidth to 6TB. Other tiers will receive comparable upgrades.

“As the price of SSD storage goes down, we feel it’s important to pass on the cost saving to our clients,” said Maulesh Patel, VP operations, Future Hosting, “That’s why we’re giving all existing and new clients access to more resources and faster servers with no price increase.”

Pure SSD VPS hosting plans use SSDs for all storage. They are faster than the spinning disk technology still used by many hosting companies. Because SSDs are much faster than legacy disk technology, reading from and writing to disks is almost instantaneous, allowing for faster serving of dynamic web pages and more responsive database access. Future Hosting’s managed Pure SSD VPS plans offer performance with support and management plans.
