ABAB Accountants en Adviseurs Chooses Proact
Five-year contract for NetApp storage, CommVault backup and Cisco switches

Proact will deliver and implement the complete solution, consisting of storage, backup and switches, including 24×7 support for the hardware and software. ABAB have signed a five-year contract.
The current NetApp storage environment had reached the end of its technical service life. The goal of the renewal was to obtain a new storage infrastructure based on NetApp that would be future-proof, guarantee increased availability and scalability with reduced management complexity.

The total solution delivered by Proact consists of NetApp systems, backup software from CommVault, and Cisco switches. ABAB thereby has a scalable environment that ensures the performance and availability of applications and processes.
A minimal impact on the performance and management of the NetApp storage environment is guaranteed through the maximum integration with NetApp snapshots from a single graphic user interface from the CommVault software for all backup and restore tasks.
In addition to supporting the 10GBE, the new Cisco network switches will also provide more redundancy to the infrastructure.
