Asco Opts for Storage Made Easy Private Cloud Solution

Asco Tlc SpA, thanks to the support of BCLOUD, announced the expansion of its cloud offering called Asco inCloud with a service that take the name of ASCOllabora based on the solutions of Storage Made Easy and Cloudian, Inc.

The service provided allows customers to sync, share, access and store the information of individual users, whether used behind the corporate firewall or mobile working, with the solution being hosted in the data center of ASCO Tlc.

“Today, companies need to access their information from anywhere, at any time and with different types of devices. The speed of information sharing, their availability in real-time, security, including full file event audit, combined with availability are key elements for an optimal and efficient performance of daily business activity and for this reason Asco Tlc has decided to expand its cloud offering with the new service ASCOllabora, technology-based Storage Made Easy,” says Stefano Ducati, responsible exercise, Asco Tlc.

The company with the support of BCLOUD has implemented a service of sharing, synchronization and secure access to data based on infrastructure that allows to provide the service with a SLA of more than 99.95%. The data is encrypted and accessible only to the user through the use of Active Directory Credentials.

The Storage Made Easy technology enables companies to sync, share, access and set user controls, including full event audit, wherever company users access the data. Data can also be locked down through the use of BYOD controls which is built into the SME solution.

BCLOUD has chosen to offer the Storage Made Easy Enterprise file sync and share platform, which is storage agnostic, as part of their product portfolio. Both companies also partner with Cloudian who offers an Amazon S3 compatible object storage platform.
