The storage and management of file-based information will become the primary task for many administrators in data centers, and RMS4824 will have an impact on how organizations assess storage solutions in terms of system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.

The RMS4824 is a 4U rackmount server with twenty four 3.5-inch hot-swappable HDDs with up to 96TB storage space for data node or object storage as well as NVR surveillance and backup applications. It also features two internal 2.5-inch hot swappable HDD bays for OS and applications. Its Intel Xeon E5 processor offers energy-efficient performance and high I/O bandwidth to support extreme levels of concurrent data access and unified storage protocols. RMS4824 renders flexibility to expand the I/O capabilities of the server by its six PCIe expansion slots. Front panel LED indicators continuously display Power/Ethernet status and provide HDD function information for operation.

The rack chassis is constructed of heavy-duty, cold-rolled steel for long-term durability. Unit includes three swap cooling fans in the middle section of the chassis, efficiently cools the processors and memory, offers reliable thermal protection for 24/7 disk operation and system longevity. The 1100W 80+ Gold redundant power supplies offer protection against online service interruption due to power failures. They allow user to replace a failed power supply without shutting down the system.

RMS4824 features easy access, hot swap HDDs for rapid serviceability and availability and provides customers with the storage and data management facilities required to handle large, growing amounts of digital data. Its performance in disk-intensive retrieval applications and data throughput made it a storage platform for customers’ challenging data requirements.
