Japanese engineering and electronics firm Toshiba Corp. is looking to expand the output of its hard disk drive manufacturing facility in the Philippines. Toshiba chairman Atsutoshi Nishida said exports from its hard disk drive facility have reached $2.3 billion, making it the second top exporter in the country.
