Violin Memory Joins OpenStack Foundation
To bring flash storage solutions to cloud environments

As a new OpenStack Foundation corporate member, Violin offers its all flash storage arrays with an iSCSI plug-in option for customers running business applications on the OpenStack platform. Currently in beta is a FC plug-in supporting OpenStack that will be available in the second quarter of the calendar year.
For enterprise compatibility and rapid customer implementations in OpenStack environments, Violin is also participating in the Red Hat OpenStack cloud Infrastructure Partner Network. The Partner Network ensures that the Violin all flash storage array technology has been thoroughly tested and certified by Red Hat as a supported OpenStack solution.
