New Adesto Serial Flash Memory Products

Adesto Technologies Corporation, provider of semiconductor solutions for code and storage applications, announced new additions to its family of industry-standard serial flash memory products.

The AT25SF family includes 4, 8, 16 and 32-Mbit density multi-I/O products, with a roadmap for higher density devices. The new products target high-volume, consumer-based applications in which program code is shadowed from flash into embedded or external RAM for execution.

The AT25SF series incorporates a uniform, block-erase architecture to provide flexibility for a variety of code storage applications. The SPI-compatible 2.5V to 3.6V products feature up to 104MHz operating speed and fast program and erase times. The devices also include security features such as a programmable security register and hardware controlled locking of protected blocks.

Samples and production orders of the new AT25SF 4-Mbit and 8-Mbit products in SOIC packages are available. Samples and production orders of the 16-Mbit and 32-Mbit devices in SOIC packages will be available in Q2 2014.
