She is tasked with developing Tintri’s partner community across the region.
Reade has more than 15 years experience of working in the EMEA technology channel and has a flair for increasing channel sales across Europe. Prior to her appointment at Tintri, he was responsible for driving European channel sales at Whiptail. She has also worked at EMC, Veeam and was one of the earliest members of the VMware EMEA team. As such she has a proven track record for launching and managing channel programmes.
She has been appointed to develop a network of complementary VARs and distributors across EMEA.
Reade said: “Today’s customers have very different storage requirements than they did five years ago. With tier 1 enterprise apps and databases being increasingly virtualised, customers are demanding intelligent, high performance storage, that’s simple to manage and cost effective. We are looking for a selective group of quality channel partners throughout EMEA that will grow with Tintri and specialise in its application-aware solutions. We operate 100% through the channel so it’s very important for us to develop strong working relationships with our partners and help their customers to achieve strategic goals while saving on capital expenditure.“
