Steve Bagby COO, Piston Cloud Computing

Piston Cloud Computing, Inc., an enterprise OpenStack company, has appointed Steve Bagby as COO.

He brings more than 25 years of experience leading the development of IT infrastructure products for both start-ups and large companies. In his role as COO, he will be responsible for leading engineering, quality assurance and product management teams.

 Before joining Piston, Bagby was co-founder, CTO and VP of engineering for SimpliVity. Prior to that, he led product development efforts for several start-ups in storage virtualization and data deduplication, including Sepaton, Diligent Technologies, FalconStor, and Neartek. Bagby started his career in server hardware design, compilers and OSs.
