Vincera Institute Signed Five-Year Contract With IPR International

 IPR International, LLC, Iaas provider in the mid-Atlantic region, has been awarded a five-year contract from the Vincera Institute to provide DR, data protection, and backup services in its newly-opened surgery center and rehabilitation facilities at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

Established in 2013 by Dr. William Myers, the Vincera Institute is dedicated to the treatment and rehabilitation of core muscle injuries, also known as sports hernias. Myers and his team perform specialized procedures in the Vincera Surgery Center to treat and repair core muscle and hip injuries sustained by professional, collegial, and recreational athletes from around the country.

The Vincera Institute’s new contract with IPR will ensure that its patients’ data is secure and recoverable whenever needed, allowing Vincera’s staff to concentrate on its core mission of relieving patients’ pain and helping them resume athletic activity.

“IPR has proven that they understand healthcare center challenges. Their off-site backup and storage solutions provide us with the security we need to maintain operations if a power failure were to happen on-site,” says Vincera Surgery Center administrator Dominic Vendeta, RN, BSN. “As a healthcare facility, it is crucial to have a full DR plan like the one IPR offers.“
