Media Supply, Inc., a provider of publishing, recording and storage systems, equipment and services to the media industry, and Astute Networks, Inc., a provider of networked flash appliances, announced Media Supply’s expanded engagement with the AstuteNET Partner Program.

As a result of the companies’ deepened relationship, Media Supply will receive increased partner benefits as it delivers the Astute ViSX all-flash SSD appliance to its media and entertainment clients for superior storage performance and application availability.

Through the AstuteNET Program, customers of Media Supply will benefit from access to ViSX which delivers high IO/s at prices comparable (typically lower than) HDD systems. Now, Media Supply and its media and entertainment customers will be able to ensure performance of business critical applications distributed across physical, virtual and cloud environments, while still adhering to budgetary guidelines.
