Kovarus Wins Bid for California Department of General Services
For mid-tier, entry-level and SAN fabric storage solutions

Kovarus will offer these technology solutions to more than 9,000 public entities and state agencies, as well as their respective departments, including cities, counties and educational institutions from kindergarten through higher education.
Kovarus was selected by the DGS based on its understanding of the complex needs of the public sector along with superior technology solutions.
Through these contracts, it will be addressing three IT challenges:
Consolidation – Enabling users to comply with mandates such as AB2408, sub-section 11546.1, through system
DR – Making multisite DR solutions a cost effective and technically superior reality.
Virtualization Optimization – Optimizing virtual infrastructure with Kovarus’ preconfigured solutions specifically built for public sector needs.
