Mike Klayko Board’s Director, Skyera

Skyera Inc. announced that Michael Klayko, former CEO of Brocade Communications, has joined its board of directors.

He had previously served the company as a member of its advisory board.

 Klayko has more than 35 years of experience in the storage, computer and telecommunications industry. He is currently CEO of MKA Capital LLC, an investment company focusing on in high potential growth technology companies. In addition to his heading up Brocade, his previous experience includes executive positions at Rhapsody Networks (CEO), McData (EVP), EMC (SVP sales), HP and IBM.

“The opportunity to have Michael expand his role at Skyera from a strictly advisory position to one where he becomes more intimately involved in the success of the company as a director was too great to pass up,” said Radoslav Danilak, CEO and co-founder, Skyera. “His experience at leading successful technology companies can better be leveraged as a member of the Board and certainly strengthens our position as a disruptive force in the industry.
