Dr. Cheemin Bo-Linn Board’s Director, Violin Memory

Violin Memory, Inc. announced that Dr. Cheemin Bo-Linn has been elected to its board of directors, effective December 20, 2013.

 She is the president of Peritus Partners, an international consulting group leading companies to the next level of growth and increasing valuation.

Cheemin is a seasoned leader with outstanding operating and governance experience as well as a deep understanding of the tech industry. As a twenty-five year tech veteran, Bo-Linn’s roles have ranged from CMO and chief revenue officer at growth companies to IBM VP and storage systems executive. Her experience includes cloud computing, big data analytics, and social mobile convergence.

She additionally serves as an advisory board member for WITI (Women in Technology International) and has previously held board positions at various companies and associations including the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG Silicon Valley) and the American Electronics Association.

She is a graduate of the University of Houston Doctorate Program with expertise on computer-based management information systems and organizational change and the Stanford executive MBA Certificate Program in strategy.
