BackupAgent Cloud Enables Hosted Backup Services Worldwide

BackupAgent BV, provider of cloud backup software, announced BackupAgent Cloud, a cloud backup service hosted by BackupAgent.

The core service is based on the company’s cloud backup platform and is hosted in BackupAgent’s datacenters around the world. Furthermore, BackupAgent cloud customers can enjoy first-hand updates and a portal with a wealth of marketing and technical support.

BackupAgent Cloud is released after six months of beta testing. The cloud platform enables (managed) service providers to stay focused on their core business and adds a lucrative service to their portfolio, which is foremost powerful, easy to use and deployable within minutes.

BackupAgent’s ISO, SOC certified and HIPAA compliant datacenters are located in the United States (Virginia and California), Europe (Amsterdam and Dublin) and Asia (Singapore and Hong Kong).

With BackupAgent Cloud service providers can offer their customers automated backup with several features such as backup of Microsoft Outlook and Windows System State. Workflow integrated
