Nine Hosting Service Providers Partner With SolidFire

SolidFire, Inc., in all-flash storage systems designed for large scale cloud infrastructure, announced that nine cloud service providers have launched new services Fueled by its storage.

Clearview International, LLC (Dallas, TX), Codero Hosting (Austin, TX), DRFortress, LLC (Honolulu, HI), GetCloudServices (Fort Pierce, FL), OnRamp (Austin TX), QuoVadis (Hamilton, BM), ServInt Corporation(Reston, VA) and Webhuset (Bergen, Norway) have launched brand new cloud and managed hosting offerings with SolidFire as their primary block storage solution. iWeb Technology, Inc. (Montreal, CA), already a SolidFire customer, has launched an additional self-service cloud offering supplementing it’s already successful OpenStack based iWeb managed cloud platform.

The all-flash, scale-out storage architecture offered by SolidFire continues to attract interest from hosting service providers globally. Native ability to manage performance and capacity independently, along with the ability to scale out to over 3.5PB and 7.5 million predictable IO/s gives hosting providers greater control and flexibility in the solutions they can offer to their customers. Providers can offer a broad range of storage services with guaranteed performance all from a single platform – delivering a predictable application experience above and beyond legacy storage technologies commonly offered.

The following hosting service providers are rolling out new services Fueled by SolidFire to their customers: Dallas, TX based Clearview International, a managed hosting provider with a heavy focus on delivering managed solutions customized to enterprise customers, is expanding its service and solutions offerings by integrating SolidFire as a core component of its back-end storage architecture.

Codero Hosting, an Austin, TX based hosting provider, focuses heavily on deep integration and automation to deliver an exceptionally predictable, On-Demand, enterprise hosting experience to its customers.

DRFortress, the largest carrier-neutral colocation and cloud services provider operating in Hawaii, chose SolidFire as the block storage to fuel its cloud and managed hosting business.

Canadian cloud hoster iWeb continues to build on an already rock solid cloud infrastructure by adding a new self-service cloud offering to its portfolio.

Christian Primeau, SVP and GM, iWeb, states: “The ability to manage storage capacity separate from storage performance allows iWeb to deliver unique solutions to our customers from a deeply integrated, single back-end system. We can be very efficient operationally by using SolidFire and OpenStack and we are passing those cost savings on to our customers.”

QuoVadis, an IaaS providers in Bermuda, uses SolidFire to deliver customized production cloud services to its customers.
