Gurinder Brar VP Systems Engineering, Skyera

He comes to Skyera from STec Inc., where he served as director of systems architecture and technical marketing. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at NetApp as director of systems engineering and manager of technical pre-sales. At Bell Canada, he managed a team of pres-ales engineers selling internetworking products from Cisco and Bay Networks.
He has a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
“Gurinder has deep experience and technical knowledge in the storage and SSD marketplaces and a long history of leadership at some of the biggest companies in our industry,” said Radoslav Danilak, CEO, Skyera. “I look forward to Gurinder’s contributions in helping further develop and bring to market an all-flash solid-state storage system that will finally replace HDD drive-based storage.”
