WinZip V18 Enterprise Software

WinZip Computing SL introduced WinZip 18 Enterprise Edition, its file sharing application designed for corporate and government clients.

Building on the compression, encryption and file sharing capabilities of WinZip 18, it also includes features to meet the needs of multi-user environments.

Companies can keep information safe with WinZip by managing which cloud storage, social media and file sharing services employees are allowed to access and enforce AES encryption and password protocols during the process.

• Enterprise Installation and Configuration Guide: Documentation to configure for your organization’s file sharing needs and ensures a smooth deployment process.

• WinZip 18 Pro (Enterprise Edition): Including a special edition of WinZip 18 Pro, it offers the power of WinZip’s file sharing application, and support for SharePoint and Amazon S3. Boost your organization’s productivity by sending files across email, SharePoint and Amazon S3, as well as IT-approved cloud and social media accounts – all from one application. FIPS 197-certified 128- and 256-bit AES encryption protects information as employees store and share files.

• WinZip Express Add-Ons for Explorer, SharePoint and Photos: It includes three add-ons to give users access to commonly used sharing features. It offer a single dialog where users can access zipping, file conversion, encryption and sharing in one place, without launching the full application.

• WinZip Courier 5.0: This email plug-in software integrates with Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 (32-bit and 64- bit) and webmail, including Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail/Outlook.com and Gmail, to zip attachments into smaller packages that are delivered faster without issues. To keep files secure, it offers 128-bit or 256-bit AES encryption and wipes temp files to ensure the security of encrypted attachments. When working with large files that exceed email size limits, it can connect to SharePoint, Amazon S3, ZipSend and cloud services, making it simple for employees to send large files using their email application.
