Levi & Korsinsky Investigates Violin Memory

For possible breaches of fiduciary duty

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating Violin Memory, Inc. for possible breaches of fiduciary duty.

On November 22, 2013 Violin Memory announced its third quarter 2013 financial results, reporting a loss of $0.66 per share.

The company also provided revenue guidance for the fourth quarter of between $30 and $32 million, far below the earlier estimate of $44 million.

Upon this news, shares of Violin Memory stock fell over 48% to close $3.11 per share.
